Oh goodness this is one of my most favorite songs of all time. It's iyowa's perfect beautiful nonsense dissonance that makes all the sense coupled with the end of the world. (Entropy, anyone?) I don't know if I'll ever find another song that fits that one frantic helpless feeling so well. It's like you're running somewhere you know you'll never reach, or trying in vain to do something that you know you'll never be able to.
Also, considering I don't speak Japanese and can't sing fast and don't have a vocal range of ALMOST FOUR OCTAVES (Vocaloid things.), this one is certainly something to try and sing.

First of all, it's so much fun. Iyowa's chaotic instrumental (BRASS HERE!!) and full utilization of Vocaloids' hilarious & notorious vocal range is something else. Love the lyrics as well. Can be applied to multiple different things (as with literally everything (which is a common theme on this fractal)).
("I'm sure that we can be friends. / I'll reach you, over!" Like hello let's jump from one side of the world to the next and back again?)

Occasionally you find songs that fit very well. It just feels like summer. Or like memories. Something along those lines, right?
Kanzaki Iori has reproduced multiple versions of this song and has just finally put it on Spotify. I think this will remain a playlist staple for a while. It's a lot of odd feelings.

However, THIS is the Kanzaki Iori summer song for me. This song and the one above tell some sort of story and this is the subsequent one, but I listened to this first. It's very fun to bang out on the piano. Kanzaki Iori has done it again.

I was watching Frieren, making my way through the episodes, as one does, right? And I don't remember which episode it was where the opening switched from YOASOBI's Yuusha, but when I heard the guitar I sat up immediately and was like "wait this is definitely Yorushika." I love Yorushika. I love Yorushika. Yorushika songs will definitely be showing up here in the future. Frieren is so blessed with incredible openings.
I don't really have much more to say. It's a beautiful opening. I love it.
